Copping the Marcus Miller tone on a Warwick Corvette

I've got a Warwick Corvette Standard (passive), still with the stock MECs in it. I've grown pretty tired of the noise I pickup in certain situations and am looking to replace the pickupos. Ideally I'd liek to put in new pickups that help me get as close to Marcus Miller's slap tone as possible. Anyone have suggestions?
