Cort C5H

So I've been looking for new 5-string bass. My budget is pretty tight and I'm almost ready to buy Yamaha TRBX505, only heard good things about that bass. But does anyone have experience about Cort C5H? There is not that much information or reviews found about it. And I'm also wondering what the string spacing on that bass is. Looks about 17 or 17,5mm, while the Yamaha has 18mm which I prefer.

I have a C4H - and it is an excellent bass for the money. They are very similar to Ibanez basses in terms of feel and string spacing, and incredibly comfortable/easy to play (I agree with your estimate that the 5er's spacing is 17 or 17.5mm). Of course, I cannot speak to the quality of the B string.

Depending on the year of manufacture, the pickups can vary. Mine has MightyMite soapbars and they are pretty good, but certainly not in the same class as Bartolinis, Aguilars, Norstrands, etc.

Despite the fact that I play 5ers most of the time now, my C4 is still my favorite - it's that nice.
