I accidentally plugged the Yamahiko into the effects out (amp out) of the Red Eye preamp last night. Could this harm the pickup in any way?

It shouldn‘t.
Piezos are also used for speakers (but they are unpopular because of the resonances of the piezo material).
Piezo speakers should not get more than around 30 volts or they might get damaged.
Your effect out gets much less than that, so the Yamahiko shouldn‘t get damaged by plugging a line signal in.
