35 minutes ago I ordered my new Gallien Kruger MBF-800 from Sweetwater.

I opted for the free shipping.

Estimated delivery is Tuesday.

After making the order I immediately received an email confirming my order and letting me know another email would follow once my order has shipped.

I just received the email confirming that my order has shipped. My order is in Fedex hands right this moment.

I even have a tracking number.

Wow....

Sweetwater rocks.

Of course ordering before 9am EST probably helped.

Anyway!

The wait begins.

Will it arrive by Tuesday?

Will it get here earlier?

I hope you enjoy your new amp! I’m always reading you guys raving about the wonderful CS from SW. well I I just got my first taste of it with the placing of my first order from them. I placed an order for a new bass bag around this time last week. On Monday the phone rang and I answered the out of state call wondering who it was. Much to my surprise it a SW CS agent asking if they had the order right and since it was my first order with them if I needed anything else. WTH! That’s a first! Who does that? My bag which was 30% off arrived with a catalog and candy right on time yesterday. Very happy.

Ironically just before I ordered my amp I got a email from Sweetwater asking if they could help me in anyway. I emailed them right back and told them I was about to order an amp. They were very eager to help in any way they could.

It’s been almost a year since I ordered my Mesa Subway from them. I guess they were checking old orders and catching up with clientele.

Needless to say Sweetwater is my go to from now on.
