Counter for "times read?"

Maybe this already exists and I'm just not seeing it. If not, it would be helpful to know how many times a given post or question has been seen/read. Occasionally, for instance, someone (say, me, for instance) may post a fairly niche or specific question that ends up getting minimal or no replies. It's hard to know if that's because the question has not been seen or read, or because it's been read but not of interest to others, or ....?

If a given question has been read, say, 50 times with no replies there's no point in "bumping it," but if there are few or no views, then maybe deciding to bump it would be warranted.

That's the idea, anyway. Some other forums I've been on over the years have had that "counter," anyway.

Thoughts?
