Country Base Lines book?

Newby here. I started playing back in March. No lessons to date due to Covid. I have no background in Music Theory and can read music at a very basic level. I started jamming with some friends and have been having a great time. I picked up a Bass Bible for Rock. It has been very useful and I've been working at coming up with some base lines that I can handle for some of the songs we've been playing. Going to need some bass lines for some country songs. Have looked all over and finding very few bass lines for country. From what I've read, they should be relatively easy to put together, but again, I'm very much a beginner. Is there a good Country Bass book out there, new or used similar to the Bass Bible for Rock? Or a resource that would show me how to convert guitar chords to bass? Have been looking and just haven't been able to find anything. Thanks.

I would have you find a good Bluegrass Bass book. I have one but it's in the box (and mostly in my mind). Again, depending on what country means for your purposes.

I consider Country to be a compilation of Western Swing, Blue Grass, Honky Tonk, etc. Hope no one takes offense, but to me, "Modern Country" is just Pop with a twang. Nothing against it, I enjoy it and listen to it all the time but not the old school Country I listened to and enjoy. If you have a title for the bluegrass book, I'd love to search it.
