I got a CIJ Tele Body fully loaded in mint condition for $40 yesterday.

Just placed the order for a Warmoth baritone Tele neck and tuners which should be here in two weeks.

Sub $300 for a high quality Baritele.

I got my Hartke 1415 amp (about 300 dollars new) from CL used for $97, a Roland 60-watt Bass cube for 85 dollars, and a Roland 100-watt Super Bass Cube for trading away a DVD player. Add to that a BEAUTIFUL Ibanez Blazer guitar for $175 and a 75-watt Peavey guitar amp for 100 dollars, and you're looking at over 1000 dollars worth of used gear for less than 500 dollars and a DVD player. Buying used is undoubtedly more cost-sensible, and CL is a good means to do so, if you're patient and cautious.
