Good eye, Balog, I saw this just yesterday. Concerning the advert, I give the seller credit for:
A) being honest in the description and
B) not asking a king's ransom for an otherwise cheap bass, like many c'listers are wont to do.
Hay-soos, Marty and Joseph, Seattle Craigslist has to be the wackiest in the nation.

I doubt it, but very hard to tell given the low-res photos (not yer fault, Balog...I know). But heck, just 50 quid for the bass and ya might get some decent parts like knobs, pots, pups, etc.

Well, put in an offer on it. The ad says it's in Tumwater, which is significantly farther south than I can get easily. If anyone down around Olympia wants to snag it and gets up to Seattle I'll be happy to buy it off you.
Oh, I was just being funny, because "quid" is British slang for "pound". I am in Burien, the Tatooine of the Pacific Northwest. Bonus point if you got the Star Wars reference.

Neck dive? Unless the neck is super light, you will spend a lot of time holding it up to counterbalance the cut a way body. You could make it into a headless or epoxy a bunch of lead weights to the body.
I am the proud new owner of this rare limited edition Hyundai bass geetar. I got it from the dude on cl intending to learn some shnazzy lines. Today I offered to trade it for a bc rich warlock. The guys interested in it but wants to see some pics. So here I am at work with no way to take/send a pic of it. Then I though perhaps some basehead saw it and immortalized it through a webpage. So i googled the o.p title; "this ugly bass needs you!" and found the pics. Anyways thanks for posting the pics. And if anyone is still interested in the ugly bass let me know.
