Cream P bass pickup cover?

I have used some of the after market P- Covers, on some of my custom pickups.
The cover is the same size but the mounting ears are much larger, and won't work on a stock pickguard without filing.
I have also used the Fusion Dover White to paint bobbins and covers.
If you sand the covers before painting, and let the fusion dry for a week or so, it is pretty durable.
I've done some of the painting for covers for a local vintage shop, they like it fine, and they are very picky!

I think I got mine on Ebay. They popped right in.

I bought exactly the same Allparts cover and had exactly the same issue. I just used a file to enlarge the hole in the pickguard, job done!

No, sorry. I got them years ago. Knowing me, they were the cheapest ones I could find on Ebay.

The pickguard is Fender USA. They didn't fit the old or new pickguard. I held them up against the stock covers & then are @least 1/16 of an inch larger in both directions.

Thanks for the warning, I was going to buy the allparts version of these covers.

The only cream covers I’m aware of that actually fit a Fender pickguard as well as the pickups are the ones Lollar fabricates in shop (and do not sell separately without a pickup) and the aforementioned DiMarzios. I’ve tried every aftermarket cover available, from Allparts, to Stew Mac, to the cheap Ebay ones and even the ones on basspartsresource. None fit without modifying the guard or the covers themselves, which to me was not acceptable. I begged Lollar to sell me one and they only agreed because I had recently purchased a pickup from them. They literally make them themselves, which is why they’re one of the only ones I know of that actually fit a Fender aside from Diamarzio, which unfortunately requires cannibalizing the pickup.
