Creative Groove

In my younger years my creative juices flowed often. Now I find that a few beers and some coffee will get the brain moving toward creativity. When I am not under the influence of any mind bending substances I perform really well at my daily routine of running my business. When I am successfully running my business my musical (and writing) creativity dries up. I'm looking for a balance but not sure there is one. Any thoughts, ideas?

 

Good point - not really one or the other - just trying to figure out how to keep the creative juices flowing.
