Howdy y'all, i am forced to update my rig by the lack if mesa tubes. I have used a 400+ and a old af peavey with a kappa replacing the widow and an 410 xlb with delta 310's in it. The peavey is the featherweight of the lot. When i need ki put the ampeg into half the 410, it is two 10" 8 ohm circuits.
Because of Mesa beiing sold only at GC i am settled on the Bergantino forte but the 12" being their biggest i am going with the accugroove tri 15.
I am a cash register below the 5th and roll the tone knob off player i am not interested in cutting through the mix, it is usually riding my boogie.
Can an ag 12" replace my old 15" or even the 2x10?
No store's within two houra drive has decent bass gear so i am going to buy online. What's the modern replacement for a 400+ and a 15?

The modern replacement would be the Mesa TT-800 (Boogie channel was modeled around the Bass 400/400+) and the Subway 115 is the evolution of the Powerhouse 115. You might download the owner’s manual from the website to familiarize yourself with it.

Re-tubing a bass 400/400+ Is going to be a bit of a challenge right now, both the availability of the tubes and then of course the cost. If you can, you might wait 6 months to a year to see what happens to the tube market.

That’s not true, Mesa is not only at Guitar Center, and I am trying to help you. You can always give our customer service guys a call (Mon-Thurs, the factory is closed Fridays) and you will get the information you need.

The customer service number is 1-707-789-3348, the factory is open Mon - Thurs (closed Fridays). If the customer service guys are tied up helping other players, they will call you back if you leave your number.
