Crown XLS Drivecore 2 owners

I'm trying to figure out which XLS would be right for my setup, but the published specs don't say if they are per channel or both channels combined. For instance, the XLS 1002 information says that the output is 350w @4ohms dual, and 1100w @4ohms bridged.

So if I use 2 8ohm cabs, the lowest of which handles 350w, should I be getting 350w running through one channel, assuming I have both cabs chained to the one channel?

XLS1002:
350W per channel (4 ohm)
215W per channel (8 ohm)
1100W bridged (4 ohm)
700W bridged (8ohm)

So your two 8 ohm cabs paralleled on one channel would get 350W max (175W each)
One 8 ohm cab on each channel would get 215W max each.
One cab bridged 700W max.
Two cabs bridged 1100W max.

Two cabs bridged 1100W max.
So the channels being separate, one cab on each channel would not add up to a 4 ohm load, but two separate 8 ohm loads, iiuc.

This amp has two sides... Each side has its own power... Off of each side, you're able to safely run up to...
TWO 8 ohm cabs.. OR
ONE 4 ohm cab...

BRIDGING.... Basically means that, when in bridge mode, the amp takes BOTH power sections and squishes them together into ONE power section.
Think of an actual bridge between two bodies of land. It just takes two, and makes it one...
With that said, in BRIDE mode... You could safely run either...
ONE 8 ohm cab... OR
TWO 8 ohm cabs... OR
JUST ONE... 4 ohm cab
This is the simplest way it was explained to me, hope it helps

I'm also checking out this Crown. My question is, do both channels need to be engaged to operate the amp with one cab, or do I have to bridge them or use a second cab? 350W at 4 ohms is plenty of juice for me.
