Custom Bass build

I am going to build a Warmoth Bass and would like it to have a really Low down P bass sound. I am going to use a sadowsky pre because I love the way my NYC sounds, that being said I was thinking about Bart BD Pups, does this sound like a good idea or are there better ones out there?

That's the best I could describe it, I want to feel the bass vibrate in my upper chest so in my minds eye I can see the string vibrate on that note.
