Custom Blasius, Tone Test

Received this custom beauty from Blasius (based in Budapest, Hungary) and its got a lot of bite, did a DI recording to see how it tracks and i'm super impressed!

Anyone else out there using or come across these basses?

First time i came across them was 2 years ago at the London Bass Show, they have some interesting looking basses, but they feel and sound lush!

Sounds good to me. Not a fan of the spalted top but that’s just splittin hairs. I dig.

I believe they average around £1500-2000, some models may be pricier
