Regular Slinky is 50-70-85-105, Power Slinky is 55-75-90-110, in the Ernie Ball line.

Are you just looking to try random gauges or is there a particular tuning you're interested in?

Custom gauges are usually chosen for a purpose, like balanced or progressive/ inverted tension. It's not just picking your favorite numbers, you'll end up with a really poopy set of strings doing it that way.

Custom gauges is IMHO a string set with a combination of gauges that is not on offer as a set from the manufacturer. As mentioned before, my preferred set of d'Addario Chromes in gauges .045 .060 .080 .105 is an example of such a set, put together for a more balanced tension than the standard sets on offer.
