Custom Jazz 5-string - who to order from

I know what I want - 35" scale, one rosewood board, one maple. On the rosewood, I want Ash body, sunburst finish, tortoiseshell pick guard, and on the maple, Ash body, clear finish, red tortoiseshell pick guard. Nordy pickups, Audere pre on both.

I've narrowed it down to:
Lakland - probably have to do the pickup/preamp as an aftermarket swap, but that's easy enough. I currently have a Skyline 55-60 and love it.

Lull - I think I can customize it in shop

Leaning Lakland, but I've heard great things about Lull too

Any other options I should consider?
