Ok, so there is a story around this bass. My ex-wife commissioned for me for my 50th. He had her name stenciled on the headstock. I have since removed and replaced it with a replica of my FBI badge (not to scale), see pictures. The badge is not to scale but looks pretty cool. The back still has writing from Lonny (Lonny White) who built this bass for me. You can easily sand that down to get rid of if you like. This is Lonny's 7th build.
On the headstock, I sanded, smoothed, applied satin finish buffed, satin finish, buffed x5. So the headstock is smooth.

Hardware is all high-end Hipshot, electronics are all Bartolini.
Bartolini - NTMB-918F - 3 band EQ
Bartolini - Hum canceling Jazz Pickup in the neck position
Bartolini - MM style Pickup in the bridge position
Alder body, curly maple top wood, Warmoth neck with Purple Heart Fretboard.

Neck - Wamoth Gecko Wide
  • 35" scale
  • Nut width: 2-3/16" (56 mm)
  • Width at 24th fret: 3-1/8" (79 mm)
  • String pitch at the bridge: 3/4" (19 mm)
  • Straight 14" (356 mm) fret-board radius
  • Pre-drilled Neck Mounting Holes

Not sure on the weight. I could weigh on bathroom scale but that could be pretty inaccurate.

Comes shipped in the pictured case.

Everyone will want the weight, scale and string spacing. Sounds are helpful but not a necessity.
Glwts, looks interesting.
