Custom Racks

I'm looking to get a rack made for my Mesa/Boogie Bass 400+

Does anybody know how I can get one with a vinyl/tolex covering? All I can find are wood stains.

Aguilar makes a great one for the DB750 but its only 3 space. Mojotone will make you one, and they are very reasonably priced. Ton of options, great quality.

They are one in the same. Call Calzone, ask for Linda Tilson. Tell her Dennis pointed you her way. They will build whatever you want and you won't find better service anywhere.

Just as a follow up, was curious what you ended up doing? I've considered having more of an office/studio case built for one of mine so it looks less industrial than in a giant SUS-4 shock mount rack.

Hi- This is my first post as a new member. I was excited to share with you the 4U rack cabinet that I had made and then modified myself to hold my beloved Bass 400+. I routed in side mount handles, cut in custom top and side vents to allow maximum airflow to the amp. I changed the centerline of the handle placement to offset the front-heavy weight and it balances like a dream. It adds weight- yes, but the balance and ease of handling the unit make it easier to lift. It stays cool, protects the amp and matches my Ampeg 410 HLF nicely. Hope you enjoy the photos.
