Double Bass custom tailpiece saddle or saddle raiser

Hello I would like to know if someone knows where I can buy a custom sized tailpiece saddle since I would like to raise the tailpiece to reduce pressure on the top, I have a friend here who can finish and install it but dont know where to obtain the blank with the required dimension (40mm high, 95mm wide, 20mm deep.)

I seem to remember there was some accessory I read about on this forum that would help raise the tailpiece angle as well. Something that one would just have to put on top of the current saddle thereby raising the tailpiece cord. Does anyone know any such accesory?

Thanks

You could have your luthier make and fit a saddle like this:

Thanks Jake, interesting, is this the type that goes on top of the saddle as an add on or is this the actual saddle shaped this way?
I found a luthier in Italy that sells something similar to this, it seems to be just laid on top of the saddle with the wire holding it in place. I attach the photo.

The photo I posted is of a temporary type raised saddle like the Scaramelli photo but you could have a more permanent one made too.
