hello. i am having a custom 3/4 size electric fiberglass bass made for me, and i wanted to know where or how to get a preamp, much like the one used in the Stagg upright. any help is greatly appreciated

Double Bass custom upright electric preamp

pickups for the bass were going to be the polar from pizeo, or something similar(i think they were used on the omnibass). I wanted the preamp similar to the Stagg, which allowed for some on board control over volume and pitch, and also had a jack for headphones.
If the bass sounds ok (unplugged, I mean), balanced sound, etc., and the pickups follow that, the best thing to plug it into, in my experience, is an Avalon U5
