Paul, I have used the contact at the footer, I have sent a few emails about the problem that I have been having and have had no one contact me!

YES, I had a similar experience in early May 2014 ( and into June 2014).
I was not given an explanation regarding the apparent problem.

What department did you select? Sorry, just ruling out obvious things.

I bet you selected "other"? It seems like there's a bug with "other". Make sure you select Help Desk. I've deleted the "other" option for now.
