So I've noticed there's a lot of the same topics popping up every single day, I thought why not mix it up?
I want to know is there anything unique or different that you have on your bass or things you might do while playing that gives the bass a different sound or adds to the instruments ability.
For example: I play a 5 string Precision bass, although I've taken the low B off and replaced it with a high C strong for more range when playing melodic tunes. I also play with a pick to get some sounds you can't get out of playing finger style. A lot of Palm muting / accentuating notes.
What do you do? I'm sure we'd all like to know!
