CV 60s P New colour!

True, you can get fiesta red with a rosewood neck in a Fender P already--but it'll cost you $3000 more than this bass.

It really does have that Pino Palladino vibe. In fact, it looks better than the Classic 50's P in Fiesta red. I already have a CV in sonic blue but I cannot lie I want this instrument, just for the colour.

Nah, my Jazz has an alder body. It'll be nice to have a P with different wood.

I was hopin' the "new color" would be Surf Green, though. I would have gone out and bought one today.

I have my sights on a 32"-scale 80s Squier P ahead of a new Squier. I just find it makes a big difference in playability.

Squier Classic Vibe. This is Squier's version of a 60s reissue, so obviously they want to go with a classic colour. New colours would be cool on a MIM or MIA standard, but this is not the kind of bass for that.
