Is a full stack only considered a 1x15 and a 4x10 or are there others

I think half stack and full stack are more six string guitar terms. Personally, I call it a stack if there are more than two cabs stacked up.

For me a half stack is a head and one cab, a full stack is a head and two cabs.
However IMO it's only applicable with large cabs. Two 8" cabs with a LMII on top isn't what I'd consider a "full stack".
On the other hand a 8*10 with an amp on top is full stack IMO.
Perhaps if its waist high it's a half stack and a taller combination a full stack.
