damage to speakers with gk700rbII ?

hey guys,

i have a gallien krueger 700 rb-II amp (480 watts@4ohm) + warwick wca 211 pro (8 ohms , 300 watts) + ashdown mag 410 (8 ohms , 450 watts).

do I have to be afraid of damaging the speakers by turning up the volume to a high level ?

Depends what the definition of "afraid" is. You should get plenty of volume out of that rig. Is it indestructible? No. Used sensibly, you should be fine.

I would even try the 410 alone and compare the sound. It should handle the GK with no problem. If you get the volume and tone you want, it's one less thing to lug in.
