Dang it

I recently got my Conklin Groove Tools 4 set up. Intonation, truss rod, the whole deal. After a show, someone in my band put my bass in the truck sideways, at about a 45 degree angle, neck down.

The next time I played it, the fret buzz was unbelievable, could barely hear over it. It's mainly the E and A strings.

Do you think the truss rod is the problem? The buzzing stops after the 12th fret. I really don't want to drop another 40 bucks for truss rod adjustment. I think I'll try to do it on my own this time if that's the case.

Edit: I just realized I put this in the wrong forum. Sorry, wasn't thinking.
