B7K is pretty transparent and runs well clean, slight, or dirty overdrive. The ValveDrive colored my tone more, didn't really do the clean or slight OD well, but sounded phenomenal as a really dirty OD or distortion. Ultimately I chose the B7K. Both are pretty excellent though. All this is my opinion too.
The B7K can turn water into wine, cure cancer, and make you sound like a chorus of sledgehammer wielding giants.
