Darkglass Cab FTL?

Hey guys, posting here as a last resort. Last year i bought a GK Legacy 800 and a darkglass 2x12 cabinet. for 8 months i was in heaven, but the cabinet has developed a consistent buzz/distortion at certain frequencies and high volume (like 5 on the amp). I talked to sweetwater where i bought it and had extensive conversations with darkglass but haven’t had and resolution and it seems to be getting worse. i’ve taken the whole thing apart multiple times, there’s no damage and i haven’t moved or abused it in any way. does anyone have any ideas before i throw this thousand dollar plywood box of poopie in the landfill?

Is the distortion coming through the speaker or is it the cabinet itself making the noise?

both speakers, i tried them one at a time even. the amp sounds fine through my old acoustic 1x15

also feels important to say that my handle here was a joke, i don’t slappa da bass that much at all. we all do it sometimes though, right?
