Darkglass Microtubes 900 any good?

Just got into a band playing top 40 hits.
Was wondering if anyone has had some real hands on experience with the head.
Can it produce warm tones with out it being dirty?

I LOVE my M900 and yes, it does warm without being dirty. Sounds really good with all of my basses and I have been using it exclusively since I bought it.

Wouldn't be my first choice for that style of music, based on my experience with a B7K and VMTD, but I'm sure it might work. What bass and cabs are you going to match it up with?

I have one, totally agreed on it not being my first choice for that style. Without the distortion turned on it sounds pretty transparent, about like any other ICE module head without a highly colored preamp. It is not worth the price if you don't plan on using the distortion IMO. Something like a Mesa or Aguilar would be much warmer I think. I also have an Aguilar TH350.
