So there's been a lot of talk about the TE Elf of late and for good reason. I happen to think the cab at least the 2x8 is better than the head. The TE 2x8 cab is fairly nifty design and the little eights will take a good wallop and keep on ticking. So I did a little experiment and used my MB500 Fusion with the TE cab and its pure magic. The cab is not fating at all and I can even play it with the deep switch engaged on the amp.
I have an upcoming fancy smancy restaurant full band gig to do outside and I think I'm going to take this little rig with me. It may blow the bands mind. I feel like a maniacal mad scientist.
