Do they come in that wee size? I assume OP's paper cup is about the same size as Pops'.Silicone baking cups work well for storing rosin

Kolstein Soft is available through Gollihur: Kolstein Ultra Rosin for Upright BassI remember John Matthews (former principal bassist for Baltimore Symphony) cooking up a batch of Gaston Brohan's Oak Rosin. I've used it ever since. Bought some from Gregorian String Products a few years ago. My next favorite is Kolstein soft grade. Hopefully, these rosins become available again.
I looked at their website. The photo they have of Kolstein Rosin doesn't have the "S" stamp. I'll try giving them a call. I've got three other cakes of Kolstein; violin rosin, ultra with an "A" stamp, and ultra without a stamp. These are much harder than the Kolstein soft, that I find similar to Gaston Brohan's oak rosin. I also found Pops bass rosin in my stash, that I'll give another try.Kolstein Soft is available through Gollihur: Kolstein Ultra Rosin for Upright Bass
