O.K. the title is a little unfair-- this is my SECOND Demonator---
I FOOLISHLY let the first in the name of "flipping" and profit! --- however I always was on the hunt for another---
To be clear-- what I call the MIDDLE GROUND Demonator --
Active pups neck through construction Warwick bridge and brass nut---
there are "lesser" demonators including a "jr" version with 1 passive pup--bolt neck etc--
and the USA MADE high DOLLAR version with Bartolinis --

Being near Tampa I have taken the Dean Factory Tour and played the USA and Korean versions-- and some FINE USA Entwhistle models (man if you get a CHANCE-- take the TOUR just to play in the SAMPLES room!)

ANYWAY -- sorry Im rambling

Scored another not long ago and finally got new BLACK tapes on her and a good set up--came with a case (hard shell) and a strap -- Craigslist find for -- get this 165.00!!!!!!
I know-- I know -- I damn near tripped over my own feet getting to the guy with the cash!!! Specs info on the newer "Chaos" -- everything is the same except the matte black paint--and the inlays

ISnt it just SINISTER!?

Ironically--though it looks all METAL and DOOM -- it is a VERY comfortable bass-- even seated it balances VERY well has a very fast thin narrow "C" neck and pusp that are as versatile as you can dial up ---

do we have a DEAN owners Club???? Can I get a ##??

Thanks --- yes its crazy good for the $ -- HECK its crazy good far 2.5 times as much--
not sure the adorna 700.00 range is proper-- its certainly on par with 5-600.00 guitars for sure--
165 with case -- I ALMOST felt bad taking it-------(almost)

the action was WICKED high when I got it home -- the P.O> was "new" to bass....Im sure didnt touch the bridge....and to be fair the brass nut needed some attention as well with the dremel---but now its a breeze to play and sounds great---

REVIVAL THREAD............still playing and loving this bass...... talk about a "sleeper" .. loaded a set of DR black beauties about a year or so ago and man those just "fit" this bass so well......

IF you can score one .......................DO IT!

A good friend of mine owns one of these. I was lucky enough to borrow it a while ago - cool as hell to play and so well-made. Sadly he wasn't selling.
