Defretting Ibanez Ashula bass

Hi guys, I wanted to sell my Ashula semi-fretless bass and I wondered if I could just defrett it or sell it to another guy who will love the hybrid experience? Is it worth it?

I wouldn't defret it, since you would destroy the concept of the bass this way. Also, you can't get the money back you've invested in it.

At that point, wouldn't it just make more sense to sell it and replace it with a six string soundgear?

I would just sell it or save it to sell later on, it may become some rare obscure collector's item at some point, or not, idk.
