I always love your basses man. I just picked up a Sadowsky NYC from AJBrown and I can't wait to get it. I'm sure within in two days of having my first Sadowksy I'll be shopping for my fretless companion to it. It'll be just like this one!!!!

I really hope it's this one that I'll have in a month and a half or so... being built by Rod at Link Removed

The alembic spyder. But instead of the natural color body, a black color, kinda liek the new epiphone thunderbird pro's. And the web designs on the body as green instead of white, and green stripes instead of the red. The headstock color matching the body, with the alembic symbol as green. And for the fret inlays. BELLA on frets 1-5, a Ankh on the 12th fret, Love going down sideways on the 24th fret, and peace signs on all the rest of the odd frets.

But i would love to just have the normal Alembic Spyder haha.

either an alder 5 string jazz with a maple blocked FB, roscoe beck guts and switches (including a tone knob bypass, regular 3 way switch instead of a blade switch, no pull pot for the neck pickup, and stacked volumes), a geddy neck in 35" and some custom graphics..

or..

a custom 5 string version of a gibson G3 with purpleheart stringers in the neck

i dont have outrageous tastes.. just slightly too expensive for my budget.. which is nothing haha

a U.S. Masters bass-

34" scale
24 frets
compound radius neck
with a slightly different headstock
maple fretboard
black abalone inlays
compression-set bolt-on neck
natural rubbed urethane finish over alder

haven't decided yet on pickup configuration:

either P/J setup - my long-time favorite
or maybe two soapbars
maybe a soapbar bridge and P neck pickup?
their Multi-Voice Passive electronics

yeah. i'm drooling over it right now.

basically my current bass, but customized a little.
