im seeing this guys live tonight! but i keep wondering something... how do you get the sound they get on bass for the song "lover" from their latest work "smokey rolls down thunder canyon"
it sounds so tight, fat bottomed yet sharp somehow... i jsut cant figure it out... any ideas? its something very very old school, nothing fancy... just great.
