Di Help....Please..please !!!

Hi Gang, can someone who knows their onions please help. I have had a bass pod for a while now and i am fed up with it for many reasons so i am going to get rid and buy a simple better quality di box. After reading many many forums etc i have got it down to 2 the Sans Amp Bass Driver & the Phil Jones Bass Buddy. Now not one single shop anywhere near me has either of these so i am having to buy blind. I like the bass buddy as it also has compressioin etc.....but my main concern is good tone. Any advice would be amazing. Style of music if it helps is Rock !

Personally i would choose the Bass Buddy, as its a pretty fully loaded preamp.

I do love my BDDI, and it is great for rock, but i think it can be a bit limited at times, and it can make noticable dents in your high end.
