Hi guys,
I'm looking at the Fender american deluxe jazz basses, and judging from the specs on Fender's webpage, it seems as though the 4 and 5 string versions are very different beasts, apart from the obvious added string.
The 4-string apparently has a 9.5" radius neck, whereas the V has a 9.5"-14" compound radius neck.
The V also appears to have an assymetrically shaped neck, whereas the 4-string does not.
Is the above true? Are there other differences?
