Different IEM question

I currently run a Shure psm 200 wireless system thru triple driver custom molded ear pieces. I know the ears can handle the bass, based on the fact that an Ipod can get super boomy in them. I believe that I am losing bass response due to the psm200. Can anyone recommend a specific brand and model that will cure this? Ive been looking at the psm 400 & 600, as well as the Sennheiser ew 300 G3. Thanks Myke

Does the Sennheiser have the sound quality that actually makes the bass sound like a bass?

i get by with the 400 in my bar band gig; it's probably the cheapest you can go for "OK" performance. (haven't heard the senn so i can't comment)

i'm waiting to upgrade until line 6 or somebody comes out with digital IEM packages that are like their Relay guitar wireless stuff.

I have an older Sennheiser IEM and my bass certainly sounds like a bass.

Sennheiser 300G3 (or G2), or AT M3.

Much to my surprise, I think the 200 sounds pretty good, but I did not specifically listen to the bottom end.

Bottom end is fine on the 200. The big difference I think is the tweakabity on the Senn series. In the Shure PSM200 you can only adjust the two volume controls. In the senn the sky is the limit including adjustable Limiter and even a high or low end bump if you like.
