Digital Amps/Tube Pedals???

myco pedals, picking up where swell left off making high-voltage tube OD stopboxes. Also the EBS Valvedrive I believe is also a legit high plate voltage application of a tube-drive OD.
Lot's of others are more of a starved plate approach, for which you might as well just use a transistor or op-amp. Lot's of excellent stomp box ODs using transistors or op-amps.

A starved-plate design can (if done properly) sound even MORE "tubey" (as in furry, thick, driven, colored) than a high-voltage design. The high-voltage designs tend to have high headroom and high fidelity, which is GREAT, but which is not always the goal of adding a pedal to color a sound.
First, as noted by Bruno Putzeys in his paper on class D amplifier design, the term "digital amplifier" is an oxymoron.
Second, there are some class AB amplifiers that have a switched mode power supply (SMPS) like MarkBass and some of their amps have tubes in their pre-amps
