i should have mine soon (like by this Wednesday).
after hearing about all of the people anxiously waiting for theirs to arrive, I just waited until the dealers had them in stock and purchased mine from prymaxe with a 15% off coupon for $169 shipped!

Dude, that was pretty funny (and creepy in a mostly good way?). But I have to say, I kept waiting for you to use the blue suit to do "green screen" type of effects. Isn't that why you have it?

The picture I have is "too big" for Talkbass, so I posted it on Digitech's FB wall.
It's really cool, though. Works perfectly off the Mooer Micro power with six other pedals plugged in.
I did notice that settings that drop-tune (v4th, for example) sound better in Classic mode. The tracking in chords mode is super good and way better than Classic obviously, but notes just sound somewhat more realistic in classic. Any else notice/agree?

^ not saying it's a bad thing, by any means. It's not something i expected and I didn't expect to use classic mode much at all, but now it's got its own prowess. Siiick.
Classic definitely has its strengths! I've noticed that sometimes the glitches sound really good when using an OD, they add a little "something" that I dig.
Original Bass Whammy owner here, I own the new one now too. I love being able to switch modes with my feet on the original Bass Whammy...that said the new Bass Whammy trumps the original to my ear (and wallet).
Molten Voltage makes a MIDI pedal that allows you to switch settings on the Whammy V (one pedal allows you to switch the settings while the whammy is on, the other pedal allows you to do it while the whammy is off)...DigiTechRep, would this pedal be compatible with the Bass Whammy?

I've talked to Molten Voltage and while they haven't actually tested it yet, they said it should be fine. I'm thinking about getting one myself.
It would be a back saver for sure. When the wallet gets a little fatter and I get one, I will report back.

Interesting... I would definitely be interested in a custom Molten midi pedal... Does anyone have any experience with these?
Now that its officially out, I'm GASing for one harder than ever. Looking forward to watching the inevitable influx of demo videos on Youtube
