Dimarzio model j slight hum?

I'm having a problem with my jazz bass. I installed a new cream ultra jazz in the bridge position, and a cream model j in the neck position. They sound great together but I'm getting a slight hum from only the neck pickup when soloed and The Bridge is dead silent. No grounding problems or pops and clicks, (I have the bass shielded) I wired everything correctly (B&W together and tape off, red to center lug and green to back of pot). Still getting some noise. I have another set of dimarzio model Js and the neck on that set does the same thing right now so the pickup Isn't damaged or anything. I also wired it straight to output and still some hum comes through. Is this normal for model js? I thought these things were completely noiseless humbuckers. It seems to be working like a single coil picking up interference sometimes in my house. I had a set previously in my bass (dead silent) but swapped them out for the creams and now I'm here totally baffled. Any help would be apreciated! Thanks!
