Hi, at the moment i have a Behringer V-amp pro and a Behringer EP1500 bridged into two Aguilar GS410's.
I would like to buy a Gallien Krueger 400RB-IV or the 700RB II to use with one of the cabs for smaller gigs. However i much prefer the sound of Gallien krueger Amps compared to my V-amp, and was wondering therefore, if i could DI (or somehow go from the effects loop) from the 400RB IV into the EP1500 poweramp for bigger gigs so i could use both cabs while retaining the Gallien sound?
i know the obvious answer is get a 1001RB or something, but i cant afford it, and as i already have the EP1500 (2x700watts) it would be cheaper to link them if possible.
i have done a search on this and have come up with fragments of information, such as that the DI signal might be too strong for the amp etc, however altho some of the information was relevant, the solutions were'nt and was wondering if anyone could inform me what the drawbacks of such a system would be?
