Hey guys, I have been a member here for 20 years. I have bought and sold many basses and learned a great deal. I am so extremely disappointed with this new update. I can’t even seem to use the site at all now.

It's a learning curve. Figure out how to use it as you need it -- the various components.

I find that the more I use it, the more I like it. It definitely takes a bit of learning how to navigate this site, and there's a few things I do miss about the old site, but generally I think it's an improvement.
Are there specific things that you're struggling with?
I honestly don't get having a problem with the new site. I don't find it very different from the old one. Exactly what do you find so problematic?
I'm no IT genius but there's been nothing on the new site that has been a problem. So far it's pretty easy & intuitive. The mobile experience might be different but on my computer it's easy peasy.

I was just thinking to myself last night and today that the site seems to be polishing up from the initial launch. Maybe that's because I've been on the desktop the last few days viewing the site. I'm not sure via mobile as I haven't done a whole lot of browsing via mobile the last few days. It looks like they have made a few changes though, for the better.
Everything takes more clicks. The interface is too ‘touchy.’ Good software should seem to work like magic. This just keeps saying ‘touch me’ without giving up much content.
I want all the content at my fingertips with the least amount of clicks possible.
Could you give a specific example? I honestly don't feel that way, but I also never counted how many clicks it took for me to do something here. I'm not exactly a talkbass power user either though.
Search is way too clunky.
It's actually easier to put your search topic in a search engine with the word Talkbass and go from there. Why has it been made more difficult?
