Good show (1975 to 1982) and cool opening bass line. I wonder how many of us still get asked to do that bass line. "Hey, do you know the theme to...?" LOL.

I think that was the beginning of learning old tv/movie theme song bass lines or melodies (Wild, Wild West. Flinstones, etc.) I have fun with the audience sometimes with those, like a little 5 minute "Name That Tune" thing. For the older folk in the audience, maybe it's a small, random nostalgia flash LOL.

Back to topic, Farscape has to go on my list, too.

The ones that I highlighted from the above list.. and Dark Angel .. I thought that show had a lot of potential..

As for the BSG remake goes .. I heard that it wold be a remake.. but not a reboot.. which in my opinion is what it should be ... I was upset that they aborted Caprica.. I don't think they gave it enough time but it did get off to a slow start.. but then again ScyFy is the same network that canceled The Expanse and Amazon had the good sense to pick it up and not miss a beat .. I actually hated the ending of BSG .. The whole trashing the tech thing was ridiculous to me.. What they should have done was have them keep the technology .. and leave the story hinting at the idea that Galactica was the source for many of Earth's myths... and made the connection to Earth's mythologies..
