Discount Bass exchange

I've been a long time lurker and information gatherer on this site.

What is killing me now is that I remember a while back while trying to research the differences and similarities of Peavey Cirrus' and Ken Smith's, someone gave a website where people would sell their used boutique basses and the prices were very attractive. The website was like a consignment service if you will.

At one point, used Smith's were being sold for around 2k. They had all of the high end basses up there.

The words boutique/luthier/bass/exchange/discount are fumbling in the nogan up there but I just can't seem to find the site . Hopefully someone can remember it and direct me to where I wanna be really soon.

There's a lot of places that take boutiques on consignment- www.thelowend.net and www.luthiersaccessgroup.com are two that come to mind, although most high-end bass stores have a high-end used department.

Thanks. luthiers access group was the one I was looking for. Are there more places besides basscentral and the above listed sites where I'd be able to find used smiths? I am particuliar to 5 string but could bend for a 6. Also fond of the CR and BT series.

I just ran few a few of my bass store bookmarks, and none currently had used Smiths. But there's a lot of stores out there. There's a lot of private sales out there to check out as well- the classifieds here and Bassgear.com for starters. No return policy with that though
