Distortion/fuzz with a built in LPF?

Has anyone made something like this? I always feel like a traditional tone knob or treble eq doesn't quite get me what I'd prefer for control of the top end of a high gain dirt pedal. Seems to me a low pass filter would be way more effective for sculpting the high end. So many dirt pedals would work so much better for me with something like that.

The Grizzly Bass pedal from Creation Audio Labs has a LPF and distortion; however, I personally use it solely as a subtle overdrive, so I don't know how high-gain the distortion gets.

Sunmachine Fuzz O)) has it. IIRC, it's more or less a Meathead with switchable input caps and the LPF.
