DIT looper, which schematics is correct?

Hi,
just a quick question, which diagram of wiring si correct,

As i can seen they have different wiring to the switch, so which one should i use?

Both.
The one from beavisaudio.com should have that one free pole connected to ground. When the effect is bypassed it's input would also be grounded (no oscillation possible, usefull with high gain effects like rats or muffs).
So: Build either one and be happy.

well im gonna that switch for rack unit compressor, to turn it on sometimes, so no high gain stuff in loop. But i have muff and rat before that looper

Do I get it right that you want to use it to switch in/out a rack compressor? (Sorry, too many typos in your post.)
Does it have a bypass option (that is footswitchable)? If so I'd prefer using this.
If not, try to build something with relays or flip flop circuits (e.g. http://www.geofex.com/article_folders/cd4053/cd4053.htm). These don't need to send the signals through looong cables (degrading the signal & being a possible source of errors!).

It has bypass switch, but i cant switch it with my foot i'm thinking of building that looping pedal, because i'll put it in my pedall board, under few pedals.
But thanks for suggesting that. Maybe one day i'll mount it in rack case
