I'm considering the Ditto looper. Has anyone tried it? How is the sound quality? Ease of use? Also, if you could recommend other loopers in that price range (~$140) that'd be great.

The sound quality is excellent. Just as clear as your original signal. Easy to use as can be imagined. The loop volume knob is a great bonus. If you use the same loop for every set, it will remain stored even after powered off. I have tried a lot of other loopers, and for my needs, this is the best. It is tiny, easy to use, and sounds great. There are larger loopers with a lot of different playback options, but for me, this is it.

So wait; what's this thing do now?
Is it a good replacement for the Boomerangs?
