Definitely download WinISD. Also, don't overlook good old TalkBass. Lots of good stuff in our own archives, worth searching for. I have my own little site with some odds and ends.

It's really maddening. :scowl: I gave up simply because of that. The minimum order charges and exorbitant small-order shipping costs for all the little stuff made the project economically unfeasible. These charges exceeded the actual cost of the parts by a factor of three (3) in my project.

Granted, we all have different needs depending on our working conditions, but I realized that I only need to design my speakers for "light duty" use. Thus, I have completely dispensed with casters, corners, elaborate handles, tolex, jackplate, etc. And, I recycle hardware from one project to the next.

It's a lot cheaper without all of the trimmings. If my cabs get knocked around, they won't actually fall apart, and I can repair scuffs and dents as needed.
