yeah i;ve been doing searching in the past week. ive read tutorials, and have decided making my own pcb's is the way i want to go. its just so much easier. once you have it done, pop the caps, and what not in and you're good to solder.

I;ve also decided to get the Orange squeeze compressor done at the same time since im ordering online.

The tube sound fuzz *must* be an unbuffered 4049. It won't work with anything else.

confused i am.
i tried to get a quote and the guy couldnt give it to me

then said something about 1/2 watt or 1/4 watt, voltage size?

ya, thats a bit annoying but not knowing the purpose you'll be putting it to they are valid questions. For pedals you would only need 1/4 watt, 5% (or lower tolerance) resistors which actually cost 1 cent each at the store in Toronto.
